Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare teams across Academic Health and other operational divisions. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, support clinical operations, and contribute to patient safety, education, and overall service excellence in line with regulatory and organizational standards.


This role may involve deployment across clinical sites, academic health settings, and company-operated healthcare facilities, depending on operational needs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care in accordance with approved clinical guidelines and policies


  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans


  • Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate medical team


  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed


  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation


  • Support infection control, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives


  • Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care


  • Collaborate with physicians, educators, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams


  • Support academic, training, or clinical activities as required by the assigned division


  • Ensure compliance with Department of Health (DoH) Abu Dhabi regulations and company standards


Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent


  • Valid DOH Abu Dhabi Registered Nurse license or eligibility to obtain


  • Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience (hospital, clinic, or academic health setting preferred)


  • Strong clinical knowledge and patient assessment skills


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team


  • Willingness to work across different divisions and clinical environments as required


  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS preferred depending on assignment)


Preferred Experience 
  • Exposure to multiple specialties (medical-surgical, outpatient, community health, etc.)


  • Experience working in the UAE healthcare system
