Job Description
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue sales opportunities by engaging customers through calls, meetings, and strategic management to secure their security budgets.
Build strong, lasting client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and ensure solutions align with customer needs and objectives.
Develop new business, meet sales targets, and provide accurate forecasts on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales metrics.
Manage customer accounts by tracking progress, preparing reports, and resolving escalations with the support team.
Collaborate with the sales team to expand opportunities within the territory and achieve organizational growth goals.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold the organization’s reputation by effectively building and closing strategic business relationships.
Requirements:
Must have 5+ years’ experience as an Account Manager or relevant B2B sales
Experience in exceeding monthly company targets
Must have existing contacts in IT sector of Dubai & Northern Emirates Market
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferred • Must speak fluent English (Arabic will be an added advantage)
Must bring top level executive relationships
Must have strong negotiation and presentation skills
Good presentation skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress
Self-driven and motivated • Must have a valid UAE driving license and based in Dubai & Northern emirates.
