Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities by engaging customers through calls, meetings, and strategic management to secure their security budgets.
  • Build strong, lasting client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and ensure solutions align with customer needs and objectives.
  • Develop new business, meet sales targets, and provide accurate forecasts on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales metrics.
  • Manage customer accounts by tracking progress, preparing reports, and resolving escalations with the support team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to expand opportunities within the territory and achieve organizational growth goals.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the organization’s reputation by effectively building and closing strategic business relationships.

Requirements:


  • Must have 5+ years’ experience as an Account Manager or relevant B2B sales
  • Experience in exceeding monthly company targets
  • Must have existing contacts in IT sector of Dubai & Northern Emirates Market
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferred • Must speak fluent English (Arabic will be an added advantage)
  • Must bring top level executive relationships
  • Must have strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress
  • Self-driven and motivated • Must have a valid UAE driving license and based in Dubai & Northern emirates.
