Hiring a Sales Associate, responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing products or services in a retail environment. Their main goal is to provide excellent customer service, support sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the store or business.Key Responsibilities:Customer Assistance:Greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance in finding products.Provide detailed information about products and services, including features, benefits, and promotions.Answer customer questions and resolve issues or complaints in a friendly and timely manner.2.Product Knowledge:Stay informed about the store's products, services, and current promotions.Demonstrate product features, functionality, and benefits to customers.Sales:Assist in driving sales by actively recommending products and upselling where appropriate.Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.3.Store Maintenance:Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly stocked.Assist with restocking shelves and inventory management.Maintain the visual appeal of the store and product displays.4.Cash Handling:Operate the cash register, handle payments (cash, credit/debit cards), and give accurate change.Prepare and process refunds and exchanges according to store policies.5.Teamwork:Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth store operations.Attend staff meetings and contribute to discussions on improving customer service and sales performance.
