We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities while representing the company professionally in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify new sales opportunities, assess customer needs, and analyze industry trends.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, product information, and strategic guidance.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements and new product development by monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, meetings, and other industry-related events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
• Develop, maintain, and manage an up-to-date customer database to support sales activities and reporting.
• Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, client meetings, networking events, and social media platforms.
• Prepare competitive quotations to customers.
• Respond promptly and professionally to sales inquiries and customer concerns via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals tailored to customer requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate personal sales performance, with a strong focus on meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
• Submit regular individual sales activity and performance reports to management.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve sales strategies, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
Requirements & Skills:
• Proven experience in sales or business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
