Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on business-to-business (B2B) sales of spices and foodstuff products to hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and flight catering services in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. A valid UAE driving license is required for this role.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, and catering companies.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions.
Product Knowledge:
- Possess a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position the company's offerings in the market.
Sales Presentations and Negotiation:
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and finalise contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and improve overall sales strategies.
Requirements- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food service industry or selling bakery and foodstuff products to the HORECA sector.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market and the HORECA industry, with a track record of building and maintaining relationships with key clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present products effectively and services to clients and close sales deals.
- UAE driving license is mandatory for this role.
- Results-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets, coupled with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business, marketing, or a related field.
