Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the joinery sector.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and end clients.
Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client consultations and follow-ups.
Product Knowledge: Present detailed information about our joinery products, materials, and finishes, showcasing their quality and craftsmanship.
Quotations and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver accurate project proposals, quotes, and negotiate contracts to close sales deals.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to provide informed recommendations.
RequirementsExperience: Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in joinery, furniture, or a related field. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Networking Ability: Existing contacts in the construction, interior design, and architectural industries are a plus. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly. Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with joinery processes, materials, and finishes.
