  • Experience: Typically 3–7 years of sales experience in the air compressor or industrial air compressor industry, with a proven track record in the UAE or Middle East market.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of compressed air technology (oil-free, turbo, centrifugal), industry standards (API codes), and system applications.
  • Commercial Acumen: Expertise in negotiation, contract closing, and understanding EPC/O&G regulations.
  • Communication: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is often preferred for local market engagement.
  • Mobility: A valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the region.
