Role Overview



We’re seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our global team of Account Executives (AEs). This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, managing high-performing sales teams, and expanding our footprint across MENA/GCC and other global markets. This role requires a strong track record in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in HRTech.This is a remote role but candidates must be located a geography compatible with the UAE time zone (GST +/-3)

Key Responsibilities



Lead and manage a team of geographically dispersed Account Executives across EMEA. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive team success. Create a high-performance culture to support this goal. Oversee the full sales cycle, ensuring a high close rate and excellent customer satisfaction. Identify and target new opportunities in key markets. Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on goals and messaging. Analyze sales performance data and optimize processes to improve conversion rates, deal cycles, and revenue. Provide regular performance reports to senior management. Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to build a high-performing team.

Key Requirements



3+ years of experience in a managerial sales role, leading geographically distributed teams. Proven track record in B2B tech SaaS sales, particularly for Series A-C companies. Demonstrated success in selling to mid-market and enterprise companies in MENA/GCC. Familiarity with global sales, with a strong focus on markets like the MENA, US, Europe, and the UK. Background in HRTech or workforce management solutions is a strong advantage. Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.* Data-driven and highly organized, with a strategic mindset.
