Our client is a leading multinational financial services organization with headquarters in the UAE and UK. They are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a background in fx trading brokerage. The successful candidate will be managing a team of global relationship managers ensuring the KPIs are met and achieving the business goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing a team of more than 30 people dedicated to providing value to B2C clients to activate, retain, and boost customer lifetime value.
Ensure that the team's structure, capability, and processes are appropriate for the task at hand and future-proof to meet business expansion goals across a range of geographic areas.
Establish and take ownership of KPIs for teams to ensure that overall business goals are achieved.
Lead the team's adoption of tech solutions while negotiating many CRM migrations and brand-new procedures.
To promote a high energy and performance culture, create a thorough training and development plan, a framework for recognition, and team engagement activities.
Create customer retention initiatives, such as promos, refer-a-friend campaigns, and loyalty programs, in collaboration with internal partners.
Serve as the final point of contact for consumer complaints, establishing standardized methods for handling customer issues.
Work with commercial teams to develop plans for regional and client segment growth.
Creating and presenting performance insights to draw attention to areas that can be improved.
You will oversee the whole employee life cycle and make sure that all performance-related issues are resolved.
Requirements
Educational background in Economics, Accounting, or Finance or a closely connected discipline.
Considerable expertise in managing a sizable, global sales team with a proven track record of producing desirable business results.
It is a definite advantage to have prior experience working in a regulated environment, such as one involving banking, payment institutions, or financial institutions.
Expertise in building and enhancing teams for expansion.
The capacity to cooperate with others in a team setting, to work in a dynamic environment, and to achieve challenging objectives with various competing agendas.
Developed teams to foster engagement and foster a culture of continual learning.
Oversaw a team to make sure KPIs are reached to the necessary degree.
