We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to expand our portfolio of short-term rental properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify property owners interested in short-term rental management.
- Build and maintain commercial partnerships with real estate agencies and agents, offering financial incentives.
- Leverage an existing network in the Dubai real estate market to establish new relationships.
- Recruit, train, and oversee a team of sales representatives to enhance performance.
- Monitor and drive individual and team sales objectives.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in real estate or a related field.
- Established network within Dubai’s real estate industry (agents, agencies, developers).
- Strong negotiation and business development skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a talent for motivating and managing a team.
- Knowledge of Dubai’s short-term rental market is a significant advantage.
- You must speak perfect English and French and highly recommended
Compensation:
- Commission-Based: You will earn commissions on your personal sales.
