Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning (FSL), and CPQ. The ideal candidate will have solid experience working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. This role also provides an excellent opportunity to learn and gain exposure to Manufacturing Cloud and Revenue Cloud as part of ongoing and future transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSL, and CPQ
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows
• Configure Salesforce features including workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and reports
• Support integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware
• Perform unit testing, debugging, deployment, and post-deployment support
• Ensure best practices for Salesforce development, security, and performance
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Salesforce platform enhancements
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in:
• Proficient in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and Flows
• Experience in business interaction and stakeholder management
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules
• Experience with deployment tools and CI/CD processes
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Added Advantage
• Knowledge or exposure to Marketing Cloud
• Experience with Digital Engagement (Chat, Messaging, Omni-Channel)
• Prior exposure to Manufacturing Cloud or Revenue Cloud
• Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer, CPQ, Service Cloud, etc.)
