- Design identity resolution and segmentation
- Enable real-time activation
- Implement Agentforce and Einstein AI use cases
Integration & Enterprise Architecture
- Design ERP, CMS, CTI, and data platform integrations
- Define API-led and event-driven patterns
- Support data migration strategies
Presales & Solution Shaping
- Lead technical presales workshops
- Support RFPs and proposals
- Define estimates, risks, and assumptions
- Present solutions to executive stakeholders
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
- Act as trusted technical advisor
- Mentor architects and developers
- Collaborate with delivery leadership
