Job Responsibilities:
* SAP System Management:
* Manage and configure SAP S/4 HANA Cloud and FICO modules
* Responsible for day-to-day management, administration, and maintenance of all Finance systems. This includes access management, maintenance of role principles and controls and management of custom fields, forms, searches and workflows.
* Provide first line support to Finance systems users. Be the primary contact for query resolution.
* Responsible for updates to Finance systems master data (e.g. chart of accounts, departments, segments) carrying regular audits to ensure completeness and accuracy.
* Collaborate with IT teams to integrate with other financial systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
* Support the development of testing plans to ensure routine upgrades are thoroughly tested.
* Maintain all Finance systems policies and procedures documentation, to include administration, integrations, and workflows.
* Provide challenge to existing policies and processes to ensure system capabilities are being optimized. Stay informed about new releases to identify opportunities for enhancements.
* Collaborate to identify and document the process and system improvements that will drive greater efficiency and financial control.
* Build an effective relationship with Finance system vendors and provide key support in managing contracts and the budget.
* Work closely with the wider Finance team to provide hands-on support for the delivery of the agreed transformation projects.
* Work with IT development to support business as usual improvements
Qualifications & Skills Required:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
* Experience: 5+ years of experience as a SAP Finance Administrator, with hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA on Cloud ideally within the real estate development or construction sector in the UAE or GCC.
* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of procurement processes and ERP integrations. Proficiency in SAP data management, reporting, and analytics tools.
* Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
* Language: Proficiency in English.
