Context

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural metro or rail design and project management. The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading complex projects, ensuring design excellence, and delivering innovative solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.



Missions/Main Duties
  • Lead the architectural design process for projects related to Landscape, Station, Depot, and Buildings.
  • Develop and present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, planners, and construction professionals, to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to incorporate into project designs.
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction.
  • Engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing expert advice and solutions.
Profile/Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Professional licensure as an Architect.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on Landscape, Station, Depot, and Buildings.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrates expertise in relevant projects.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices and principles.
  • Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with local and international building codes and standards.
  • LEED accreditation or equivalent certification.
  • Preferably with UAE or GCC experience
