KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
·Develop and review the technical bid and follow up with internal approval.
·Draft the specific tender strategy and schedules. Review the scope of work, including technical specifications, drawings, and other engineering documentation, and provide comments to improve the final contract’s scope of work and terms and conditions.
·Preparation of EPF Contracts risk models and risk mitigation.
·Estimate EPF costs and coordinate with the Procurement Department.
·Participate in P & L development and revenue structure analysis.
·Engineer, develop, improve, update, and negotiate contract terms and conditions for both the company and the contractor.
·Track the status of procurement requests to ensure the conclusion of Bids in accordance with the tender plan.
·Lead and manage all EPF contract and tender issues within the authority of the position.
·Conduct technical bid meetings.
·Address any queries for clarifications from the client.
·Draft supporting documents (presentations, office memos, letters, etc.) and EPF analytics (TRAS and other software).
·Administer contracts currently under execution and manage all aspects of post-award contract management.
·Ensure that all required contract documentation for execution is in place, including clarifications during the tender and procurement process. Ensure documents are approved, signed in due course, and properly structured and stored.
