Senior Embedded SW Engineer (GNSS)

We are looking for a Senior Embedded SW Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Job responsibilities:

• Research, design and development for cutting edge GNSS embedded receiver firmware implementation and SDR using various FPGA platforms
• Optimize the embedded GNSS receiver performance for various applications while integrating various extremal sensors
• Work and collaborate in multi-disciplinary Agile teams, adopting Agile spirit, methodology, and tools
• Work collaboratively with professional developers, system architects and product managers to deliver high quality technical solutions
  
  

Requirements:

• At least Master’s degree or equivalent in computer engineering or related field
• 7+ years of experience in the industry of embedded software development
• Deep understanding of embedded systems, RTOS, device drivers, hardware interfaces, memory/power optimization
• Knowledge of interfacing protocols such as, UART, SPI, I2C,etc.
• Excellent proficiency in embedded C is must. Good hands on experience with embedded C++ will be an advantage
• Hands-on experience with debugging tools(such as JTAG debugger) and troubleshooting both software and hardware
• Experience in Inter-core communication and synchronization for multi-core systems
• Experience in using version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, etc.)
• Experience with ARM based embedded systems will be an advantage.
  

Other requirements:

• Team player experienced in working in agile environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
