- Work with functional business units to understand their business processes, KPI’s, organization structure and recommend/build work-flow solutions and reports that are global and scalable
- Work with IT/ERP systems deployment teams for configuration changes, workflows, business process related scripts, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards
- Help administrators, department managers, super-users and end-users to effectively and efficiently utilize IT/ERP Systems functionality
- Manage and ensure resolution for all internal IT/ERP Systems related projects, upgrades and change requests
- Document, maintain and update system-level customizations as well as training materials
- Assists with functional migration to the new IT/ERP systems, data conversion, data cleansing, de-duplication, and data maintenance efforts
- Collaborate with the functional teams and business partners to create and execute system test plans and user acceptance testing
- Provide monthly reports/feedback to Group IT Director/ ERP Manager on over all IT/ERP activities
- Other duties requested by management in support of team work as & when required

Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Dredging/Civil Marine industry preferable
- Be able to manage personnel with different cultural backgrounds
- Communicating with users throughout the implementation process to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress being made
- Designing solutions that integrate with existing technology, including hardware, operating systems, and other applications
