Job Description
Job Purpose
The job holder will support information technology requirements, including conducting access reviews, managing IT assets, enhancing user awareness, and contributing to corporate events. The role also involves implementing IT projects and ideation platforms while maintaining compliance with security and corporate governance
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure adherence to DH Information Security policies and procedures, providing guidance and support to employees to maintain a strong security posture and compliance.
- Conduct quarterly access reviews for critical and high applications to ensure security and compliance by addressing unauthorized access and ensuring adherence to security policies.
- Establish and maintain a centralized repository for managing application access, ensuring that only authorized individuals have the necessary permissions at all times to protect sensitive information.
- Establish and maintain an accurate and up-to-date IT asset inventory, tracking hardware and software, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring timely resolution to enhance asset management and accountability.
- Lead cybersecurity awareness programs among employees, consultants, and contractors, including training and simulated phishing attacks, to increase security awareness and improve response to potential threats.
- Support security GRC management activities to ensure compliance and mitigate risks by adhering to governance, risk, and compliance best practices.
- Assist in vulnerability and patch management processes to identify and address security vulnerabilities, ensuring that systems remain secure and up-to-date.
- Work on creating and delivering communication plans for IT project go-lives, ensuring timely updates and clear information dissemination to stakeholders to facilitate smooth project transitions.
- Build the framework, assign roles, and initiate the onboarding process for the Ideation Platform, ensuring effective implementation, customization, and integration to support organizational innovation.
- Collaborate with the Events Team to ensure smooth planning, execution, and logistical arrangements for corporate events, contributing to the success of at least two major events annually to enhance organizational engagement and visibility.
Qualifications, Experiences, Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science/ Network/Security/System or Databases. Master’s degree preferred
- Good knowledge of End-User, IT Operations and Service Management functions.
- Understanding of secure product development lifecycle.
