As a Senior Facilities Engineer, you will oversee complex building systems and maintenance activities, implementing effective strategies for continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
You will lead troubleshooting efforts, manage maintenance personnel, and ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations.
Responsibilities Manage and oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural elements.

Lead and mentor the facilities team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on engineering roles.
Proven experience overseeing building operations and maintenance, preferably in a senior capacity.
Strong technical expertise in building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and maintenance staff.
Proficient in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
