We are looking for an experienced Lighting sales engineer with the following qualities;

  • Proven experience in lighting project sales, preferably in commercial, industrial, residential, and retrofitting sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE and GCC markets with established client networks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, lead business development initiatives, and close deals.
  • Technical knowledge of lighting products, solutions, and industry standards is a must.
  • Strong project management skills, including coordinating with design, procurement, and installation teams.
  • Ability to develop strategic sales plans and achieve business growth targets.
  • Experience in preparing proposals, and handling tender submissions.
  • Proven ability to generate new leads and business opportunities from developers, contractors, consultants, architects, fit-out companies, and retail groups.
  • Relationship-building and networking skills with key decision-makers across multiple sectors.
  • Awareness of latest lighting technologies, energy efficiency standards, and retrofitting solutions.
  • Analytical mindset to assess project feasibility, budgets, and ROI for clients.
  • Track record of closing high-value projects and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with lighting controls, drivers and specs
