In this role the right candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the entire Digital Transformation portfolio, offering technical leadership, and overseeing a team of Product Owners running enterprise level platforms in an agile development framework.Client DetailsOne of the largest entities in the region with a global presence and a team of more than 5,000 employees.DescriptionMaintain an overview of the Industry 4.0 portfolio across the entire organisationLead the definition of the Product Owner practice internally across groupLead use cases delivery (up to 60 uses cases annually) for Industry 4.0Arbitrate between various business area priorities to build a consensual set of prioritiesOwnership and flexibility to drive 100+ team members (internal and external) to successful completionMaintain a consistent long-term product-base digital landscapeBe a role model in deploying agile at scale principle on the scope of the business use casesCovers all business areas of the company including Corporate and Core business areasLeverage all 10 digital capabilities in coordinated sets of use case through products and waves to enable a major value creation for all business areas.Act as a role model for the agile practice for the Product Owner roles across the organisation.ProfileBSc or MS Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical) or related technical disciplineMinimum of 15 years of domain knowledge experience in metal and mining industryBusiness knowledge, general technical fluency, and project-management excellenceProven experience delivering highly complex projects using effective planningDeep knowledge and experience applying agile development techniquesProven product management experience at enterprise level with agile mindsetExceptional communication and presentation skillsFamiliarity with agile tools and techniques including Azure DevOpsFamiliarity with data management processes and cloud data and analyticsJob OfferOpportunity to work with one of the largest entities in the regionCompetitive salary and tax free earnings
