Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 requirements.
Review and approve Mechanical Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and Quality Procedures.
Conduct inspections for mechanical works including piping, pressure vessels, tanks, structural supports, rotating/static equipment, and welding activities.
Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams to ensure quality compliance.
Ensure compliance with applicable standards such as ASME, API, ASTM, AWS, ISO, and client specifications.
Witness and monitor NDT, pressure testing, hydro testing, pneumatic testing, and pre-commissioning activities.
Identify, raise, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
Conduct internal quality audits and support external/client audits.
Interface with clients, consultants, third-party inspectors, and certification bodies.
Review material submittals, vendor documents, and inspection reports.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test certificates, and turnover dossiers.
Support mechanical completion, system handover, and final documentation for project close-out
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 6–10 years of experience in QA/QC for Mechanical works in Oil & Gas / EPC projects.
Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, API, ASTM, AWS).
Experience working with ADNOC or major Oil & Gas clients is preferred.
CSWIP / AWS / API certification is an added advantage.
Good understanding of welding, NDT, material inspection, and mechanical testing.
Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
