We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Trade
Finance & Commodity Operations Manager (Hindi Speaker) with a strong
track record in managing LC-backed international commodity trades across
Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. The role requires deep expertise in trade
finance structuring, bank negotiations, documentary compliance, and end-to-end
execution of complex commodity transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
·Structure,
negotiate, and execute sight and usance Letters of Credit (LCs) with annual
transaction volumes exceeding USD 400 million.
·Lead
negotiations and maintain relationships with regional and international banks,
including African financial institutions.
·Manage
LC discrepancies, confirmations, amendments, and discounting to ensure timely
trade execution and cash flow optimization.
·Support
international trading activities across metals, agricultural commodities, and
energy products.
·Execute
LC-backed international commodity trades, ensuring seamless coordination
between commercial, financial, and operational elements.
·Align
commercial contracts with LC terms to minimize discrepancies and operational
risk.
·Manage
and oversee CFR, CIF, and FOB contracts in compliance with Incoterms and trade
finance requirements.
·Prepare,
review, and verify LC-compliant shipping and trade documentation.
·Coordinate
closely with banks, inspection agencies, insurers, logistics providers, and
traders to ensure smooth shipment execution.
·Support
multi-country commodity shipments across emerging and developed markets.
·Handle
end-to-end LC documentation, negotiation, and settlement processes.
·Ensure
full compliance with UCP 600 rules, international trade regulations, and
applicable sanctions frameworks.
