BG Global HR is actively recruiting a Supervisor - Shift In-Charge for a leading packaging manufacturing company in Dubai, UAE. Specializing in perfume pumps and aerosol valve packaging solutions, the company is expanding globally. The ideal candidate will oversee the maintenance shift team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient machinery performance.

Responsibilities:

-     Lead and supervise the Shift In-Charges, ensuring adherence to quality and production standards. 

-     Serve as the first point of contact for any breakdowns or technical issues, ensuring quick resolution to minimize downtime.

-     Oversee the implementation of maintenance strategies for automatic assembly lines to optimize efficiency and safety.

-     Ensure all machinery is operational and maintained as per company protocols and safety standards.

-     Promote a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

-     Train and mentor team members on troubleshooting techniques and maintenance best practices

-     Monitor and enforce the quality plan for processes and products, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

-     Communicate effectively with the Plant Manager, providing reports on maintenance activities and identifying areas for improvement.

-     Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for processes, machinery, and materials.


Requirements-     Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role within the manufacturing industry.

-     A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field.

-     Strong expertise in maintaining automatic small component manufacturing lines.

-     Prior experience in leading a maintenance team in a production environment.

-     Knowledge of pneumatic systems, sensors, and fiber optics is an advantage.

-     Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.

-     Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
