Site Supervisor


We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee parking/car washing projects and supervise the car washing team. As a Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:


- Project Management


- Ensuring projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards


- Coordinating with clients.


- Managing site resources, including materials and equipment


- Safety and Compliance


- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards


- Conducting regular site inspections to identify and mitigate hazards


- Implementing safety protocols and procedures


- Team Management


- Supervising and guiding car washing team.


- Providing training and performance feedback


- Managing site documentation, including daily logs and progress reports


Requirements


- Minimum 1 year of experience in site supervision.Freshers can also apply


- Wiling to work Day /Night according to site requirement.


- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills


- Valid UAE driver's license is mandatory
