Job Description
The Events & Sponsorship Ticketing Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hospitality services and ticketing operations related to events and sponsorships within the organization. The role holder will ensure seamless coordination of guest services, ticketing management and logistics to enhance customer satisfaction and to support organisational efficiency whilst contributing to the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every aspect from invitation to departure reflects the high standards and reputation of Emirates. The role is pivotal to ensuring a smooth execution of events, enhancing attendee experience, and driving the success of the organisations events and sponsorship initiatives.
In this role you will:
- Enhance guest communications and experience before during and after events through the development and implementation of effective ticketing strategies.
- Oversee the day-to-day ticketing operations ensuring compliance with Emirates standards and driving operational efficiency.
- Oversee the distribution, validation and booking of tickets for events, attractions and VIP guests.
- Manage the VIP ticketing programs ensuring premium service and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Events & Sponsorships teams to maximise ticketing usage and increase event attendance.
- Manage invitation systems including guest list management, RSVP tracking and event communication.
- Manage the logistics for ticketed events including seating arrangements, access control and on-site event support.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and manage budgets for hospitality and ticketing operations, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Lead and manage the ticketing team, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional guest service.
- Generate reports on attendance, customer feedback, and event performance, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
