Must have Skills : AWS Glue, Apache Kafka, Jira, AWS DMS, data quality frameworks 


Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise


  • Experience with AWS Glue, DMS, dbt, and Kafka monitoring.
  • Familiarity with data freshness SLAs, data quality frameworks, and platform health monitoring.
  • Knowledge of incident management tools (e.g., JIRA) and alerting systems.
  • Able to identify ways to automate their work / repetitive tasks.

Operational Skills


  • Strong troubleshooting and triage capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple incidents and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in root cause analysis and preventive action planning.

Soft Skills


  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain operational discipline.

Preferred Qualifications


  • 5+ years in DataOps, DevOps, or data engineering roles.
  • Experience in financial services or banking domain is a plus.
