Job Description

Job Profile:


The job purpose of a Supply Chain Officer is to ensure the effective and timely implementation of all supply chain daily operational goals, including procurement, maintaining associated records of material daily transactions, and Inventory Management.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Manage daily supply chain operation activities to ensure that all transactions are conducted according to company and Logistics department SOP, P&P, and KPIs.
  • Document and coordinate all Import & export shipments.
  • Process regular & warranty purchase orders using ERP.
  • Coordinate between forwarder and supplier for speedy shipment deliveries.
  • Track purchase orders from the date of issue until the goods arrive in the warehouse.
  • Liaise with government offices such as customs, Ministry of Health, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, etc., for obtaining clearance approvals if required.
  • Calculate freight, customs, and insurance costs for all import and export shipments.
  • Coordinate with other departments involved to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.
