We’re looking for a Tableau Developer with strong Tableau Platform expertise and experience delivering high-quality enterprise data products.
This role will bring to life interactive, bespoke dashboards that support critical decision-making while embracing advanced customization and design excellence.
You’ll work with analysts, strategists, and designers to translate complex business needs into technically performant and visually distinctive Tableau experiences—often within broader service design and digital transformation engagements.
Core Responsibilities Gather and shape requirements through structured engagements: workshops, stakeholder interviews, journey and service-blueprint inputs, and transformation programs Develop high-performance Tableau dashboards using: LODs, LOD awareness, calculated fields, parameters, LODs, APIs, embedding, data source optimization, extensions, interactive controls, and custom theming Translate complex, ambiguous briefs into clear build specifications, advising on chart types, interactivity, design parameters, and technical feasibility Partner directly with Data Analysts and Data Visualization Designers to define dashboard logic, performance constraints, build parameters, and UI execution Work across Product Owners, Strategists, CX Leads, and technical teams to align on vision, scope, and delivery priorities Manage multiple stakeholders and expectations, building consensus and shipping work in fast-moving enterprise environments Support data product delivery within CMS/CX ecosystems by enabling dashboard embedding, personalization hooks, and platform integrations C ollaboration Model Data Analyst → data models, structure, datasets, governance Data Visualization Designer → dashboard layout, visual storytelling, components Strategist/Product Owner → brief shaping, vision alignment, prioritization Required Skills Tableau Platform Expertise: Dashboard and data-source architecture, LOD expressions (LODs), parameters, APIs, embedding, extensions, interactive controls, custom design and theming Requirements & Brief Translation: Skilled in gathering requirements, structuring complex briefs, and defining actionable build parameters Data Proficiency: Strong SQL, data modeling fundamentals, enterprise data systems integration Communication & Stakeholder Management: Experience with cross-functional collaboration, senior stakeholder alignment, and navigating competing priorities Design-Engineering Mindset: Ability to work with designers to advise on dashboard build logic, interaction constraints, and UI execution Nice-to-Have Delivery experience in enterprise transformation, service design discovery, or CX modernization programs Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Sitecore ecosystems for embedding or composable CX use cases Role Impact Deliver dashboards that simplify complexity, guide strategic decisions, and feel uniquely crafted rather than templated Act as the bridge between client briefs, data logic, and design intent, ensuring technical feasibility without diluting visual ambition
