Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of vegetable-based dishes under the supervision of senior chefs.
• Wash, peel, chop, and cut vegetables to required standards.
• Ensure all kitchen areas and equipment are cleaned and maintained according to hygiene standards.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as directed.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels for kitchen ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation during and after service.
