Job Description
We are currently seeking a Recruiter, reporting directly to Human Resource Manager to join the team based in Abu Dhabi.
About The Role:
Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:
- Source & interview candidates.
- Promote and execute a more proactive vs. reactive approach in finding talent for the business.
- Arrange & coordinate interviewing process.
- Manage recruiting databases and other HR assets in structured and timely manner.
- Work closely with HR team and Onboarding to ensure hiring deadlines are met.
- Complete recruitment related administration tasks as required (rejections, interview invitations, room bookings, contracts, analytical tasks etc.).
- Be the evangelist for the candidate experience; continuously improving the candidate journey.
- Work on weekly/monthly reports.
- Take part in various HR projects and initiatives.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and in a demanding and dynamic environment.
- Self-Starter, motivated by delivering high-quality execution that adds value to the team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong administrative and organization skills.
- Analytical mindset and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent English & Arabic verbal and written communication skills, this is mandatory for this role.
- At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition team will be added advantage.
- Agency/In-house recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
Experiences in: projects, Previous Jobs
Languages: Indicate a secondary language and proficiency expected level, only if English is insufficient to perform the job
