Profile

Key prerequisites include:
Minimum 8+ years in senior L&D roles within large organisations.At least 5 years within an L&D department for 400+ employees.Proven experience in competency frameworks, career development, succession planningStrong communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.Bachelor's degree in Business or HR; CIPD/SPHR certifications preferred.
