Overview of the role:
Technical Advisor should be very particular with the complaints given by the customer for an effective diagnosis/trouble shooting of the said problem.
What you will do:
Ensure quality work for enhanced customer satisfaction and retention by minimizing repeat jobs hence increasing total workshop efficiency. Maintain efficiency in road testing for quick / timely vehicle delivery and good profitability. Ensure strict implementation of company rules, regulations and procedures (including warranty) within company policies. Carries out road test before commencing job to confirm the complaint and test (static & dynamic) later to confirm effectiveness of repair. Ensuring proper use of tools, equipment and safety gear.
Required skills to be successful:
Technical / Communication Skills Must have a Driver’s License Computer oriented
About the Team:
Reporting to Service Manager, you will be an individual contributor and working in a busy Aftersales environment.
What Equips You For The Role:
3 to 5 years overall experience with automotive industry, preferably in a similar service role related with EV’s. Diploma or Bachelor of Automobile /Mechanical Engineering Valid driver license
