Technical Manager-MEP

Summary:
The Technical Manager-MEP will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
Job Responsibility:
- Lead and manage the MEP engineering team to deliver high-quality designs and solutions for projects.
- Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and calculations.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and project requirements.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in MEP engineering.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
- Proven experience working in MEP engineering, with a focus on project management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to MEP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications or licenses may be required.
