Job description

A national digital‑innovation initiative dedicated to delivering secure, scalable, and future‑ready solutions for financial and government ecosystems. The organization is seeking a Technical Trainer to design and deliver high‑quality learning experiences that support product adoption, user enablement, and internal capability building.

Responsibilities:
• Develop high‑quality training materials, including onboarding guides, instructor‑led decks, self‑paced content, workflow walkthroughs, and knowledge‑base articles.
• Create structured technical training modules covering product features, APIs, SDK usage, integrations, and troubleshooting processes.
• Deliver in‑person and virtual training sessions, workshops, demos, hands‑on exercises, and Q&A sessions for internal teams and external users.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and QA teams to gather information, track product changes, and ensure content accuracy.
• Design visually compelling training presentations and translate complex concepts into diagrams, visuals, and step‑by‑step guides.
• Maintain training standards by organizing content structures, developing templates, and ensuring clarity and consistency across materials.  


Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical training, technical writing, or similar content‑focused roles.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and develop high‑quality instructional content and presentations.
• Familiarity with software development concepts, APIs, fintech, or structured authoring systems.
• Strong presentation, written communication, visual storytelling, and facilitation capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate cross‑functionally, and contribute in fast‑paced environments.
