L.C is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Timekeeper to manage and record employee attendance and work hours on our building construction projects.
The Timekeeper will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate payroll processing and maintaining an orderly tracking system for workforce hours and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update accurate records of employee attendance, hours worked, and overtime for construction projects.
Ensure that all timekeeping information is accurately collected, inputted, and reported.
Collaborate closely with project managers and supervisors to monitor workforce schedule compliance.
Address any discrepancies in time records with staff and management in a timely manner.
Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports on labor hours for project management.
Support the payroll department in processing accurate wage payments based on recorded hours.
Adhere to company policies and procedures as well as local labor laws regarding timekeeping and payroll.
