Sia Partners Middle East is looking to grow its team in Abu Dhabi with resources experienced in topics related to customer experience and service design. The expected resource(s) should have demonstratable knowledge and experience in tools and practices related to this topic, and have the ability to participate in a team to design client processes (B2B and B2C), and support in enhancing the culture towards customer excellence. The resource will be expected to work alongside our local and international resources to further identify suitable tools and practices in order to further strengthen our offering and capabilities in the region on these, and similar, topics.
Our Senior Consultant for Customer Experience and Service Design will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of project engagements, go-to-market activities, and targeted initiatives within our Middle East team. Operating across various sectors, they engage in designated sector and knowledge-based topics, ensuring diligent monitoring and execution of services that generate value to our clients and ecosystem.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, engaging in a wide range of engagements:
Contribute to various work streams within complex projects, ensuring regular progress updates and strategic alignment with client goals.
Conduct high-level analyses and develop comprehensive action plans.
Lead meetings effectively to drive strategic decision-making.
Proactively identify, track, and qualify new business opportunities. Independently draft significant sections of business proposals, contributing to the team’s growth objectives.
Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring their ongoing professional development and significant contribution to project deliverables.
Additionally, you will contribute to the internal life of the firm through various initiatives:
Developing or enhancing our offerings through training sessions and working groups.
Contributing to our publication policy through articles, studies, and press releases.
Expanding new business activities by responding to tenders and drafting commercial proposals.
To qualify, you must have
Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a top-tier university in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Design, Communications or other relevant fields.
Business proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.
4-6 years of consulting experience or in a sector related to our activities, with a focus on client management and project management.
Advanced proficiency in any of our core management consulting areas, as well as our digital, and/or design and marketing services.
Advanced proficiency in any of our sector-based focus areas.
Proficiency in project management and stakeholder engagement.
Enhanced interpersonal skills, capable of fostering client relationships and collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to inspire the decisions of executives and stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, capable of leading analytical projects and interpreting complex data sets. Ability to extract insights and implications from data sets collections.
