Collaborate with a strong and supportive team that is committed to motivating you both in your personal and professional journey Desired Skills:  Video Production: · Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-quality video content that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
· Lead video production projects from pre-production to post-production, ensuring a seamless workflow and timely delivery.
Camera Operation and Cinematography: · Operate various video and camera equipment proficiently to capture dynamic and visually compelling footage.
· Utilize strong cinematography skills to enhance the storytelling and visual impact of the videos.
Editing and Post-Production: · Edit and enhance raw footage to create polished and engaging video content.
· Collaborate with the editing team to ensure consistency and high-quality output.
Team Collaboration: · Work closely with creative directors, producers, and other team members to bring creative concepts to life.
· Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Technical Proficiency: · Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in videography.
· Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions to maintain a high standard of video production.
Qualifications:  Preferably BS degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, Digital Media Production, or equivalent experience.
Work experience as a Videographer and Editor.
Minimum 1-3 years’ prior experience in any production house or channel.
Experience working on using professional cameras, editing suites, and basic lighting.
Detailed and highly organized with a strong sense of prioritization A creative and innovative thinker and planner who goes above and beyond for the love of art and craft Excellent knowledge in using Adobe Creative Suite or Apple Final Cut Pro X
