We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and efficient Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly.
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests.
- Clear and reset tables for the next guests.
- Process bills and handle payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
- Follow all restaurant policies and food safety guidelines.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
*Physical Requirements:*
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Ability to carry trays and lift light to medium weights.
