Serving Food and Beverages: Deliver food and drinks promptly and ensure that all orders are correct and meet customer expectations.
Providing Menu Information: Offer detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
Handling Payments: Process customer payments accurately, provide change, and handle cash transactions efficiently.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure that tables are clean and tidy, and assist in cleaning dining areas as needed.
Addressing Customer Complaints: Handle any customer complaints or issues effectively and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
