1. Educational background: Associate degree or above,
2. Work experience: More than 5 years of work experience in the same position.
3. Knowledge and skills: Proficient in operating office software such as XMind, Visio, WORD, etc., familiar with the logic of WMS, ERP, and other systems.
4. Qualities and abilities: Good system and logical thinking ability, understanding the complexity of things, and able to consider issues from a holistic perspective. Recognizes the warehousing and logistics industry and is willing to develop deeply in this industry, with a strong desire for career advancement. Strong logical thinking.
