  1. Website Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
    1. Monitor the website for any technical issues or downtime, ensuring prompt resolution.
    1. Ensure the website complies with security standards, including regular updates, backups, and addressing vulnerabilities.
    1. Coordinate with IT and third-party vendors as necessary for technical support.
  1. Data Analytics and Reporting:
    1. Use web analytics tools to track website performance, user behaviour, and conversion rates.
    1. Generate regular reports to assess website KPIs and suggest data-driven improvements.
    1. Continuously test website elements to optimize performance (A/B testing, heatmaps, etc.).
  1. Project Management:
