Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Welding Supervisor (Structure / Piping) to support offshore EPC/EPCI projects across various international sites. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in offshore Oil & Gas construction, particularly in Subsea Marine, Jacket Installation, Topside, Cable & Pipeline, and Hook-up works.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise structural and piping welding activities onboard offshore vessels and platforms.
Ensure all welding is performed in accordance with approved procedures, codes, and project specifications.
Coordinate with welding crews, QA/QC personnel, and inspection teams.
Monitor welding performance, productivity, and material usage.
Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce safety compliance.
Assist in welder qualification and procedure implementation.
Identify and troubleshoot welding-related issues to maintain schedule and quality.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of relevant offshore Oil & Gas experience.
Strong background in structural and piping welding within EPC/EPCI environments.
Sound knowledge of welding standards, inspection techniques, and offshore safety practices.
