Job Description: We are seeking an experienced workshop supervisor to manage and oversee the operations of our heavy commercial vehicle workshop.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to guide technicians and team leaders both technically and operationally.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Guide and support technicians and team leaders in troubleshooting and repair activities.
Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and operational standards.
Utilize business software effectively for reporting, documentation, and workflow management.
Implement and maintain QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) guidelines in the workshop.
Coordinate with management regarding workshop performance, challenges, and improvements.
Visa Medical Insurance 7–8 years of experience handling heavy commercial vehicles; dealership experience preferred.
Minimum Diploma or B.
Tech in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
Experience with European vehicle products is an advantage.
Candidates currently in Foreman or Team Leader positions are encouraged to apply.
Strong technical knowledge of all automotive systems is mandatory.
Experience in business software and strong communication skills are mandatory.
Awareness of QHSE guidelines is a plus.
