The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational oversight of the company’s global corporate IT and business systems. This role defines and executes the technology strategy to enable secure growth, operational excellence, and digital transformation across a highly distributed, security-first organization.
The ideal candidate is a globally experienced, business-focused technology executive who thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations where security, reliability, and excellence are critical. They balance strategic vision with operational execution, translate business priorities into secure and scalable technology solutions, and lead with a people-first mindset—building strong teams and a culture of accountability, trust, and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Define and execute global IT and business systems strategy aligned with company priorities.

  
  
  

• Lead enterprise architecture across infrastructure, cloud, data platforms, and core business applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance).

  
  
  

• Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable IT services worldwide.

  
  
  

• Drive modernization, automation, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.

  
  
  

• Own ITfinancial management, vendor strategy, and cost optimization.

  
  
  

• Partner closely with the CISO to align IT operations with security and compliance requirements.

  
  
  

• Build and lead high-performing global IT and systems teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  
  
  

WHOWE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including at least 5 yearsinsenior executive roles in global organizations.

  
  
  

• Demonstrated success managing large-scale, globally distributed IT operations, architecture, and business systems.

  
  
  

• Broad technicalexpertiseacross networking, datacenter technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Microsoft ecosystem,and enterprise applications.

  
  
  

• Experience leading enterprise data and business process design across Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations.

  
  
  

• Exceptional vendor management, negotiation, and contract oversight skills.

  
  
  

• Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management capabilitiesacrossalllevels of theorganization.

  
  
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiarity with ITservicemanagement frameworks such as ITIL.

  
  
  

• Relevant certifications or academic background (B.S. or M.S.) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or IT Management.

  
  
  

• Experience scaling ITand systems for rapid global growthand leading digital transformation initiatives at scale.
