Supervision

  • Oversee daily operations to achieve production targets

  • Identify and coordinate training needs for the production team

  • Support onboarding and integration of new hires

  • Promote employee engagement and team effectiveness

  • Conduct annual performance evaluations

  • Maintain accurate timekeeping and attendance records

Manufacturing

  • Monitor and control raw material usage in accordance with specifications to prevent production variations

  • Organize, prioritize, and monitor tasks to meet production goals

  • Ensure continuous flow of raw materials and resources

  • Report production issues, defects, and non-conformities to the Production Manager

  • Coordinate production schedules with the Production Manager and Planning team to optimize efficiency

  • Ensure operators run equipment within prescribed parameters to maximize output and minimize rework

  • Coordinate with production planning and scheduling to ensure accurate entry of material usage and labor hours in the ERP system for proper cost tracking

HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment)

  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture in compliance with HSE policies and procedures

  • Ensure production areas are clean, organized, and hazard-free

  • Comply with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations and guidelines

  • Enforce proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

  • Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and safety violations promptly

  • Support and sustain 6S workplace organization standards
