What You Will Do
• Precision Prospecting: Use NPI data to identify pharmacies due for 2026 Accreditation renewals or pharmacies interested in getting accredited.
• High-Stakes Outreach: Execute 80+ dials per day to owners and authorized officials.
• Authority-Based Selling: Educate owners on the "Unannounced Site Visit" risks and 2026 Quality Standard updates.
• Lead Qualification: Vet the quality of the contact. You aren't just booking a call; you are identifying a specific "Compliance Gap" that our consultancy can fix.
• Conversion: Successfully book 2+ high-intent consultations per day for our closing team.

The "Hunter" Spirit: You thrive on cold calling. You see a gatekeeper as a challenge to solve, not a reason to hang up.
• Medical/Legal Fluency: Ability to quickly learn and discuss medical compliance terms (DMEPOS, 855S, CMS Quality Standards, NPI).
• B2B Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the US healthcare or legal market.
• Tech Stack: Experience with CRM systems, and how to use a dialer.
